The Vice President is in Florida on an alligator hunting trip when he suddenly gasps and falls overboard. He is gotten to the hospital, but does not make it. The President contacts Jack's father ( a former Governor) to be VP. Things get sticky when Jack and a tabloid reporter both get e-mails offering information that would push the President from office. The reporter is killed and the plot thickens. Add to this a mysterious person known as the "Greek", Cypriot mobsters, Russian Mafia and some bad guys in sensitive positions and you have a suspense novel that moves right along to an unexpected conclusion.
