Back in 1600s Europe with the gang from Grantville for more tales of the mixing of cultures. Lots of politics in this one as elections in the United States of Europe are about to take place and a group of Huguenots displaced from France are trying to stir up trouble that can be blamed on Cardinal Richelieu. And lots of small stories as the various citizens of Grantville interact.

Still one of my favorite series.
